Google’s TensorFlow Runtime open-sources new 28% higher inference latency

Google recently released the improved runtime for it’s TensorFlow Runtime (TFRT). This improvement runtime came in at 28%. The TFRT is an abstraction layer for its TensorFlow framework that allows greater performance across various hardware.
